These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 365bdt platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Eligibility Requirement
You must be aged 18 years or older to open a 365bdt account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. 365bdt reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage.
BDT Transactions Only
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on 365bdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard arrangements.
One Account Per User
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 365bdt. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts held by family members sharing the same device or payment method — is a breach of these Terms and may result in closure of all associated accounts.
Fair Play Obligation
Any use of software bots, automated betting systems, arbitrage strategies exploiting pricing errors, or collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited. 365bdt reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such conduct is detected.
Bonus Conditions Apply
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game-type restrictions. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable turnover requirement has been fully satisfied.
Responsible Gaming Tools
365bdt provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time and can be activated immediately without a waiting period.
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

| "Balance" | The total funds held in your 365bdt Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately tracked. |
| "Bet" / "Wager" | Any real-money stake placed by you on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or other wagering activity available on the Platform. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits issued by 365bdt to your Account under a specific promotion, subject to the wagering and redemption conditions applicable to that promotion. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process through which 365bdt validates that you are who you claim to be and that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. |
| "BST" | Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used by 365bdt for all deadlines, cut-off times, and promotional periods. |
| "Terms" | These Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time and published on the Platform. |
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 365bdt. They apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other technology. These Terms apply at all times during your use of the Platform.
2.2 Amendments to These Terms
365bdt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide notice — for example, via a notice displayed upon login.
2.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 365bdt with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements of any kind.
2.4 Language
These Terms are provided in English. English is the operative language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account on 365bdt. This age restriction is absolute — there are no exceptions. If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any way. 365bdt operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. If we have reason to believe that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend that Account pending verification and, where underage use is confirmed, permanently close the Account and return any deposited real-money funds after deducting any winnings derived from play.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You must update your Account information promptly if any of this information changes. 365bdt is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through another person's identity — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 365bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold winnings derived from activity on the secondary account. Real-money deposits may be returned at our discretion after review.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that takes place on the Platform via your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 365bdt of a security breach. We strongly recommend activating two-factor authentication (2FA) from within your Account settings. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 365bdt support team immediately via live chat.
3.5 KYC Verification
365bdt may at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing review — require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You may be asked to provide copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as your National ID card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and/or documentation confirming the source of your funds. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable time period may result in temporary restriction of your Account, including suspension of withdrawals.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
365bdt supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and the type of transaction. 365bdt reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method. These limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account at the time of each transaction. 365bdt may apply different limits to different Account tiers based on verification status and transaction history. Limits are denominated in BDT.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits and card-based deposits may take longer to process. 365bdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not reflect in your Account within the expected timeframe, contact the support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by 365bdt during operating hours. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification, and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been fully satisfied. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 365bdt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on 365bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on domestic BDT transactions. If you attempt to transact from a card or account denominated in a different currency, any conversion fees or exchange rate differences imposed by your issuing bank are your responsibility and are outside 365bdt's control.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments
Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 365bdt will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party payment is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and the transaction will be reversed. Similarly, withdrawals will only be made to accounts held in your name.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Placement of Bets
Once a Bet has been confirmed on the Platform — evidenced by a bet receipt or confirmation message displayed on screen — it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by you. It is your sole responsibility to review the details of each Bet, including the selection, stake amount, and odds, before confirming. 365bdt is not liable for errors made by you during the bet placement process.
5.2 Void Bets
365bdt reserves the right to void any Bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious errors in odds (including palpable errors resulting from a technical failure or data feed error); evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of the event on which the Bet was placed; confirmed use of automated betting software or artificial intelligence to exploit pricing; and any other circumstance in which 365bdt determines that the integrity of the betting market has been compromised. Voided Bets will have the stake returned to the player's Account Balance.
5.3 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events, including cricket matches during the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international series. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 365bdt's discretion — for example, at the fall of a wicket, during a DRS review, or ahead of a key phase of play. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. Settlement of in-play Bets is subject to official results confirmed by the relevant governing body.
5.4 Casino and Live Casino Games
Casino games — including slots, RNG table games, and live dealer tables — are provided by third-party software studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, pay tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each individual game are those published by the respective game studio. In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, the records held by the game studio's server shall be determinative.
5.5 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Bets or interact with casino games.
- Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a betting market or casino game.
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting promotional offers.
- Opening multiple Accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions or account limits.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and legitimate gaming activity.
Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and potential permanent closure. Where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, 365bdt may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Conditions
All promotional offers issued by 365bdt — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum eligible odds, and qualifying game types are stated in the promotion terms. As a general principle, Bonus Funds must be turned over a specified number of times using real-money eligible Bets or game stakes before a withdrawal request relating to those funds will be approved.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds and free bet credits that are not used within the promotional period specified at the time of issuance will expire and be removed from your Account Balance without replacement. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date applicable to each bonus you accept.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
365bdt has the right to refuse, modify, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence that it has been claimed or used in a manner that is inconsistent with fair participation — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or employing wagering patterns that exploit bonus conditions without genuine gaming intent. Any winnings generated through bonus abuse may be voided.
6.5 365bdt Discretion
365bdt reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been issued to an Account, 365bdt will honour the bonus under the original terms for the remainder of the promotion period, unless the cancellation is necessitated by regulatory, legal, or fraud-prevention grounds.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by You
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 365bdt support team via live chat. Before your Account is closed, any pending Bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request a self-exclusion from 365bdt. Self-exclusion can be requested for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will be prevented from logging in, depositing, or placing Bets. 7.3 Suspension or Closure by 365bdt
365bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
- Evidence of underage gambling;
- Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in section 5.5;
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider;
- Any other reason that 365bdt, acting reasonably, determines warrants protective action.
Where an Account is closed by 365bdt due to a material breach of these Terms, any Balance comprising Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 365bdt's discretion following a thorough review.
7.4 Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 365bdt reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the cashier section of the Platform. You will be notified by the contact details held on your Account before any inactivity fee is applied. The best way to avoid inactivity fees is to log in to your Account at least once within every 12-month period.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
365bdt endeavours to keep the Platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service interruptions (including payment processors and game studio servers), or events outside our reasonable control. 365bdt shall not be liable to you for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.
8.2 Accuracy of Information
While 365bdt takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds, scores, statistics, and game information displayed on the Platform are accurate, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of such information. Any reliance you place on information displayed on the Platform as the basis for a betting decision is entirely at your own risk.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365bdt excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss — even if 365bdt has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
8.4 Gambling Losses
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of participation. 365bdt is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform. You participate at your own risk and within your own financial means. We strongly encourage all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to never wager more than they can afford to lose.
8.5 Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game studios, live dealer networks, and data feed providers. 365bdt does not accept liability for failures, errors, or delays attributable to these third-party services. Any disputes relating to game outcomes delivered by third-party studios should be raised with the 365bdt support team in the first instance, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
8.6 Contact and Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Platform, a Bet settlement, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of your 365bdt experience, contact the support team via live chat at any time. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours BST and to resolve the majority of complaints within 5 business days.
